Amplifiers

124 | Quad Operational Amplifier, Low Power
The 124 independent, high gain, internally frequency compensated operational amplifier features a greater than 100 krad (Si) total dose tolerance, depending upon space mission. Using Maxwell’s radiation-hardened Rad-Pak® packaging technology, the 124 is designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The 124 also features operation from split power supplies, and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

139 | Quad Comparator, Low Offset Voltage
The 139 consists of four independent precision voltage comparators and features a greater than 100 krad (Si) total dose tolerance, depending upon space mission. Using Maxwell Technologies radiation-hardened Rad-Pak® packaging technology, the 139 has an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV max for all four comparators. The 139 was also designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

903 | High Speed Voltage Comparator, Low Power
The 903 high-speed, low power voltage comparator features differential
analog inputs and TTL logic outputs with active internal pull-ups. The 903 can be powered
from separate analog and digital power supplies or from a single combined supply
voltage. The analog input common-mode range includes the negative rail, allowing
ground sensing when powered from a single supply. When powered from +5V, the 903 consumes 18mW. The 903 is equipped with a TTL compatible latch input. The comparator output is latched when the latch input is driven low. Capable of surviving space environments, the 903 is ideal for satellite, spacecraft, and space probe missions.

6484 | CMOS Quad Rail-to-Rail I/O Operational Amplifier
The 6484 provides a common-mode range that extends to both supply rails. This rail-to-rail performance combined with excellent accuracy, due to a high CMRR< makes it unique among rail-to-rail input amplifiers. It is ideal for systems, such as data acquisition, that require a large input signal range. Maximum dynamic signal range is assured in low voltage and single supply systems by the 6484’s rail-to-rail output swing. The device’s rail-to-rail output swing is guaranteed for loads down to 600.. Guaranteed low voltage characteristics and low power dissipation make the 6484 especially well-suited for battery-operated systems.

OP284 | Operational Amplifier
The OP284 is a dual single-supply, 4 MHz bandwidth amplifier featuring rail-to-rail inputs and outputs and a greater than 100 krad (Si) total dose tolerance, depending upon space mission. Using Maxwell Technologies’ radiation-hardened RAD-PAK® technology, it is guaranteed to operate from +3 to +36 (or ±1.5 to ±18) volts and will function with a single supply as low as +1.5 volts. This amplifier is superb for single supply applications requiring both ac and precision dc performance. The combination of bandwidth, low noise and precision makes the OP284 useful in a wide variety of applications, including filters and instrumentation. Other applications for this amplifier include portable telecom equipment, power supply control and protection, and as an amplifier or buffer for transducers with wide output ranges. The ability to swing rail-to-rail at both the input and output enables designers to build multi-stage filters in single-supply systems and to maintain high signal-to-noise ratios.

OP400 | Operational Amplifier
The OP400 monolithic quad operational amplifier microcircuit features a greater than 100 krad (Si) typical total dose tolerance, depending upon space mission. Using Maxwell’s radiation-hardened RAD-PAK® packaging technology, the OP400 has an extremely low input offset voltage no less than 150 mV with a drift of under 1.2 mV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. The OP400 features low power consumption, drawing less than 725 µA per amplifier.

OP490 | Quad Operational Amplifier, Low Voltage
The OP490 micropower quad operational amplifier microcircuit features Maxwell’s radiation-hardened RAD-PAK® packaging technology, the OP490 has an extremely low input offset voltage no less than 0.5 mV with a drift of under 5 µV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. The OP490 features low power consumption, drawing less than 20 µA per amplifier.
