The following technologies are used in the manufacturing
of our high voltage capacitors. All of our technologies use biodegradable
oil which has no PCB content.
CONDOR (CDOR) TECHNOLOGY
CONDOR technology is our advanced technological development
for manufacturing high voltage capacitors, using mixed dielectric consisting
of polypropylene and paper, impregnated with synthetic, biodegradable oil.
This technology offers low weight, short lead times and highest reliability
HV capacitors.

- Automated winding and assembling production
line.
- Use of mixed polypropylene / paper or synthetic
film dielectric.
- High temperature stability.
- Temperature coefficient 0.02% per °C for
mixed dielectric; 0.035% per °C for synthetic
film dielectric.
- Metal foils in active parts are welded, not
soldered. Therefore a significantly better repeatability is achieved.
- In-line quality control for each winding.

The results of this advanced HV capacitor technology are:
- Smaller size for the same energy output
- Significantly higher reliability compared to
competition
- Higher flexibility of production
- Drastically reduced production
throughput-time
